Lead - Business Finance
About the Role
This is not a traditional FP&A or reporting role.
As Lead – Business Finance, you will serve as the finance business partner to the business leadership team, helping shape the commercial and strategic direction of the company.
You will own the financial architecture that supports growth—building scalable frameworks for profitability, capital allocation, planning, commercial decision-making and business performance across SuperK's omnichannel ecosystem.
You will work closely with leaders across Operations, Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology and Expansion to ensure every major business decision is financially sound, scalable and aligned with long-term value creation.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous business problems, influencing strategic decisions, building from first principles and working in a high-ownership environment, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to create one of the strongest Business Finance functions in Indian retail.
